Broke a spoke on my Crank Brothers Iodine 2 rear wheel whilst on holiday. Thought that was the end of riding while away in Saundersfoot! However, Philip was very helpful and got the Giant Trance Advanced fixed within a couple of days. The price for this excellent service was extremely reasonable too. I fully recommend Bierspool Cycles.
Disappointed with this shop. They almost cured a gear problem on our 2 Kogas but reported that they both needed new chain rings (inner and mid) we collected them almost 2 weeks later. They still did not run right. It was after the mechanics second attempt to fine tune them that he admitted that they had fitted incorrect rings and that was the best he could do. I asked for my money back and he refitted the old rings. Not the way to treat expensive touring bikes! Now, I have lost all faith in Bierspool and I wont be using them again.
