Took vehicle for its MOT, reception hidden away behind workshops, once checked in process was very quick and efficient. Waiting room with water tank and a coffee cup dispenser which could do with refreshing as contents had hardened in cup. A cat that might bite too.

Bring your husband girls, because 9 times out of 10 they magically give him a cheaper price than they'll give you. They've magically found problems with my car that didn't exist according to two other trustworthy local garages, they've told me they have to replace entire parts of my car such as the exhaust system that were completely fine and functional. They obviously don't communicate with each other because one mechanic will give you one reason for something wrong, and you'll speak to another Millforge mechanic a week later (because they still won't have started the work they said they'd have done by two days time) who'll say it's a completely different thing, and talk to you in the most condescending, disrespectful tone if you dare to question it. They might be good at coming out and picking up broken down cars, but I voiced my complaints to a few of my colleagues in work who've also had similar experiences with Millforge, I don't think they're the honest, reputable company they make out to be, I'm not alone on the list of local people Millforge have tried to screw out of more money. Seem to care more about road recovery where they can boost their reputation further afield than they care for delivering genuine service to locals.
