After telling them generator was sole electric supply genpower said would put on priority. When calling to see when would it be done was told it was finished yesterday (this was Friday afternoon )and now wouldn't get delivered back to me until Monday. When asked why hadn't been called was told they hadn't got round to it . ???
I have awarded one star because delivery was quick and efficient. Sadly, that's where the service stopped. After less than two months of use and not even run in, the Hyundai generator I purchased broke down. Now, Genpower are making every effort to ensure they do not honour the guarantee.
Lots of machines and tools on display with some amazing special offers. Well worth a visit. I grabbed a few bargains.
Lets hope the generator works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So paid our money 700, and waited to be notified when dispatched. No notification, and delivery came via TNT-on a pallet. As we had not be notified, I was not home to receive delivery. Upshot is, they deliver 5 doors down the road to a total stranger, oh, and don't leave a card or consignment number. After an entire afternoon of searching, I locate said delivery. when I contact Genpower to complain, and demand the refund of "hidden" shipping charges, they inform me, they cannot refund this figure, as it was included in the price. Like I said......Lets hope it works-as the customer REALLY doesn't figure, after they have had your money! I have spent far less, and received amazing service, when a problem has arrived-and without customers Genpower-your screwed!So Mr Tomlin, as it was your decision we would not be refunded, and there was NO gesture of "goodwill" you keeping your unhappy customers satisfied, must be a full time position!
